Lauren Sofair is an executive creative director and executive producer with deep experience leading award-winning video and advertising campaigns for top global brands. She is currently the Senior Vice President of Video at Bustle Digital Group, where she oversees creative across publications, including NYLON, Bustle and W Magazine. 

Prior to BDG, Lauren held Executive Producer roles at Vox Media, Condé Nast and PopSugar, where she operated at the intersection of business strategy and creative vision. Her experience spans industries– fashion, beauty,  travel, food, health, tech, and automotive, transforming ideas into content across platforms.

Lauren is a graduate of the University of Miami with a B.S. in Video and Film, and Psychology and resides in Brooklyn, New York.
